Service Description

Membership offers a space to relax with a friend or your child, or ... just yourself. Relax and detox the mind and body in the Finnish or infrared sauna with chromotherapy, spend time in the garden with a cup of herbal tea or meet a friend under the trees. Move into the children's room and play a game or finish a puzzle with your little one. Purchase a pack of 10 (mixed bag) and take a class in one room while your child is taking a class in another. We also offer classes you can experience together, and mom and sprout classes for fun time with the little ones. You and a friend can even relax while your kids are in class. It's all about connection, and being part of the 'village' we are building together @ ThePEMS as a community. Includes traditional Finnish-style sauna, detoxing infrared sauna, cold plunge tub, indoor/outdoor shower, red light therapy, relaxing spaces, library, fresh filtered water, herbal teas, one complimentary guest per month, and special pricing on all classes and workshops. This is your space to share time with your child(ren), with a friend or simply with yourself.
