At ThePEMS, we provide a nurturing environment that fosters a space to focus on you - Hot nontoxic saunas, nonchlorine cold plunge tub, quiet room, windchime garden, in/outdoor showers with salt scrub, and creativity under the art canopy.
Join us as a day member guest in our sanctuary or let us host you for a morning or afternoon retreat by adding Massage, Energy Healing & Skin Care services. Everything is by appointment.

Every Thursday eve we host Angela Papa in the Shala for breathwork and a sound bath, followed by contrast therapy (so healthy) in the barrel Finnish sauna and plunge tub.

ThePEMS supports new ways to educate children through micro-schools in our community. We are part of the curriculum introducing classes such as Tai Chi/QiGong, Movement Medicine, and Gardening to students.

Empowerment
Conscious learning plays a vital role in empowering children by fostering curiosity and critical thinking, they become more confident in their abilities & develop a lifelong love for knowledge. For men & women, embracing conscious learning can be a transformative journey, allowing them to recognize their strengths and overcome obstacles. By empowering themselves through self-awareness, women & men can cultivate resilience and inspire others to do the same.
Community
Members have a space to connect, exchange ideas and build friendships. We are building the village together that flows out to the community.
ThePEMS supports curriculums at Micro-schools in our community. The Gathering Place, an all girls micro-school and Colossal Academy, a micro-school for middle and high schoolers are two schools we work with adding to curriculums with classes or experiences such as breathwork, sound baths, yoga, and gardening.
Strengthening Families
A happy mother is the heart of a strong family. When a mother feels fulfilled and joyful, it radiates positivity and love throughout the home, creating an environment where everyone can thrive. When a father feels respected and needed this empowers the home and together they form a healthy family. Ultimately, content, joyful parents set the foundation for a resilient family, both the emotional well-being and the strength of each individual.
Leadership
Develop essential leadership skills in children to prepare them for a life of accomplishment and fulfillment. Strengthen women's self worth and communication skills so life's path is clear and movement fluid. Give men the opportunity to connect to their inner power, find the beauty in a deeper connection within themselves, their partner and/or child(ren).
Wellness
Promote wellness practices that help children understand the importance of
self-care & mental well-being through stillness, nature & socialization with peers, and give women and men opportunities to release old emotions that no longer serve them, build physical strength, tap into curiosity, and empower the mind.
Creativity
Many people have lost their sense of curiosity, adventure and love of learning. At ThePEMS we offer classes in craftwork such as papermaking, basket weaving, and hand sewing which encourage creativity, self expression and develop hands-on skills and patience. An outlet that allows you to make something with your own hands and imagination can add joy, community, and fun to your life.

We have classes and workshops for pre-pregnancy, & pre- and postnatal to begin supporting the mom and developing child right from the start. ThePEMS offers classes and workshops for mom and child allowing them to connect, laugh and grow together, discovering what they have in common and capitalizing on that gift.

Engagement
This summer we reached out to PACE Center for Girls and Gilda's Club with scholarships to summer camp thanks to a donation. This allowed us to assist families who might not have had the chance to make a summer plan because of health issues or money instability. The collaboration among the children and families of these centers with ThePEMS was a gift for everyone.

We work with Micro-schools by supporting their curriculum offering classes such as gardening, hand sewing, yoga, breath work, Tai Chi and more, helping to make healthy, happy, well-rounded children that grow into adults who lead our world into a more peaceful and beautiful place.
