About the event
What a beautiful opportunity to gather as women.
Each month, we’ll explore topics that matter to you—from wellness and everyday life to consciousness and our individual experiences. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of grounding through breath and sound, then come together in the shala or garden for an open conversation centered around a topic selected the week before from a bowl filled with your interests.
This gives you time to reflect and notice what comes forward to share. You’re welcome to observe or participate—sometimes listening is exactly what we need in the moment. There is no right or wrong perspective; each person’s experience is valuable and meaningful to hear.
