Sound - Bathing in Frequencies

The practice of sound bathing, as the name suggests, is the practice of being deeply immersed in sounds and vibrations that have the power to cleanse and heal. A journey of self discovery, a sound bath is a very powerful experience that can cleanse your soul and restore your balance. Sound has a great influence on our emotions and health by affecting every cell in the body with frequencies that work with our own. Just as the frequency of a classical singing voice can shatter a glass, the frequency of sounds during this experience can help release emotions/energy that no longer serve you, and allow your mind and body to sink deeply into a relaxed state. This is a beautiful experience and is also recommended to add to any massage or healing.

This experience is designed to combine the benefits of massage, energy work and sound therapy. Swedish or deeper pressure massage (add $35) combined with warm towels, stones and essential oils release tight, tense muscles. Penetrating frequencies from the gong, crystal bowls, tuning forks, and various healing instruments bring about the transition of cellular realignment through the medium of sound. The combined power of these healing arts help the body, mind and spirit let go of stagnant energy while restoring an overall sense of serenity and well-being.

Begin your alchemical healing session as Lisa sets a sacred space, infusing any intentions you wish to set for your healing. You will be guided into a deeply relaxed and surrendered state as Lisa channels the crystalline grid along with its codex of healing to bring your energy into alignment with your highest frequency. You start moving toward your unique physical, mental, and spiritual balance, and your body’s own healing mechanisms begin to function more effectively. Reiki is administered by the hands, placed lightly on or near the body of the patient. Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch approach that can create dramatic improvements in your life. It releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Few body structures have more influence over your health and well-being than your central nervous system. And few body systems have more impact on your central nervous system than the craniosacral system – the soft tissues and fluid that protect your brain and spinal cord. You endure stresses and strains and your body absorbs them. But your body can only handle so much tension before the tissues begin to tighten and potentially affect the brain and spinal cord. Unfortunately, this can compromise the function of the central nervous system and nearly every other system in your body.

This treatment is particularly effective for targeting localized pain and discomfort, utilizing dough dams placed on areas like the back, neck, or shoulders to hold the warm oil. As the oil penetrates the skin, it works to soothe and heal the underlying tissues.
