Kelly M. Doyle, Founder of  ThePEMS

Raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Kelly had an awakening experience in 2012 during a trip to Belgium and Holland and she returned relaxed with a profound new outlook on life. Six months later she opened the flagship Thermae Retreat. The first year after opening Thermae, she was offered a position as Director of the largest granted fitness program in the country for elementary school aged children through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, an opportunity to really make a change in the school system.

For the last 13 years, Thermae has allowed guests to have profound life changes, and has given a place for people in our community & around the country to take control of the health of their body, spirit, emotions and mind through stillness and healing treatments. In 2025, Kelly founded a 501C3 called ThePEMS, a retreat for women and children with a focus on mothers. She put together a powerful team of teachers, healers and practitioners to build the village we need in our community. Donations to this 501C3  nonprofit go towards scholarships for women and children for  membership, workshops and classes. 'Our focus is to build a micro-village that uplifts women, educates children and in-turn supports families to be happy, strong, and  productive and we want you to be a part this conscious community.'

Through trauma-informed practices and a soft nose-inhale led breathwork technique (Conscious Connected) rooted in surrender and full expression, I create safe, transformative spaces for clients to explore their inner worlds, express themselves authentically, and achieve profound personal growth.
